Para Bellum Custom Works is a family owned Texas business founded by David Rubio. We produce high quality gear you can depend on. Our gear is used by local authorities and federal agents who serve the Laredo, Texas community.

Good enough is not an option especially when you are spending your hard earned money. David has always been the type of person that likes things done correctly. He will completely disassemble a factory built rifle and reassemble to make sure all torque specs are followed. No matter the manufacturer the rifle came from. This is the type of craftsmanship you will receive with a Para Bellum Custom Works holster. He started this company because of the lack of true custom holster options on the market. His goal is to be able to offer the entire US all the custom options his local customer receive.
